Backoffice/Sales Intern

Main responsabilities:




  • Assist in the preparation and updating of commercial proposals;




  • Support the sales team and partners in day-to-day activities;




  • Perform mapping and critical analysis of business opportunities;




  • Maintain and monitor data in the CRM and collaborate with the control of operational information;




  • Participate in the creation of quotes, orders, and license surveys.




Qualifications (must have):




  • Studying a degree in Administration, Communication, and/or related areas;




  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus);




  • Agility, proactivity, and ability to deal with multiple demands;




  • Interest in learning and working in a dynamic environment with a focus on technology;




  • Advanced English for daily interaction with Account Managers and Partners;




  • Availability to work in a hybrid model: 2 days (Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP).
