LDR (Lead Development Representative) - Brazil

As a LDR (Lead Development Representative), you will focus on managing and qualifying leads generated through marketing efforts, such as campaigns or web inquiries, and nurture them to be ready for in-depth sales conversations.
You will identify, prioritize, and validate new leads, build strong relationships with prospects, and transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to drive a healthy sales pipeline.

Main Responsibilities:




  • Qualify leads globally, especially in Europe and APAC, ensuring alignment with business needs;




  • Conduct market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities, focusing on different segments;




  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies using market data;




  • Work closely with leaders and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment;




  • Assist in maintaining CRM accuracy despite communication challenges.
     




Qualifications (must have):




  • Academic degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;




  • Experience in an LDR and/or SDR role;




  • Strong analytical skills for market data analysis;




  • Basic technical understanding of Information Technology and Cybersecurity;




  • Strong willingness to learn about Identity and PAM solutions;




  • Experience with Salesforce or Hubspot;




  • Advanced English.
