Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.


• Gather and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis.


• Create and maintain detailed documentation, such as user stories, flowcharts, and use cases.


• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are well understood and effectively implemented.


• Assist in refining the backlog and ensuring clarity in acceptance criteria.


• Research market trends and cybersecurity practices to identify opportunities and competitive differentials.


• Analyze competing products and evaluate how our solutions can be improved.


• Provide data-driven insights to support product strategy and business decisions.


• Assist in defining and monitoring KPIs to measure the success of proposed solutions.


• Support the QA and development team in validating functionalities, ensuring that requirements are met.


• Accompany acceptance tests and validate deliverables with stakeholders.

Qualifications (must have):

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in technology companies.


• Solid knowledge in requirement gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.


• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).


• Ability to translate business needs into viable and efficient solutions.


• Experience using documentation tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, BPMN, UML, or similar.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Fluent English (Writing, Reading, and Conversation) for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Additional certifications or specialized training in business analysis or related fields.


• Experience working in cybersecurity or similar industries.
