Senior Data Architect (GCP/Neo4j)

What you will do:

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient data architectures in cloud environments (GCP);


• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to understand data needs and propose efficient solutions;


• Model and implement complex data structures, including the use of relational, non-relational, and graph databases (such as Neo4j);


• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all flows and platforms;


• Support the definition and standardization of best practices in data architecture and engineering;


• Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines with a focus on performance and reusability;


• Work with integration tools, ETL/ELT, and pipeline versioning (preference for CI/CD environments).

What we are looking for:

• Fluent English (verbal and written communication);


• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, etc.;


• Knowledge and practical experience with Neo4j (or other graph databases);


• Strong background in data modeling, data lake/data warehouse architecture;


• Proficiency in SQL and languages such as Python;


• Experience with integration tools and data pipelines (ETL/ELT);


• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security practices;


• Ability to lead technical discussions and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Familiarity with versioning and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Terraform, etc.).
