[BM] Business Analyst – SAP Payroll

What you will do:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.


• Configure and test SAP Payroll across multiple countries.


• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance functionalities and ensure compliance with local regulations.


• Communicate project progress and proactively tackle potential challenges.


• Develop detailed documentation and deliver technical training to internal stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience with SAP Payroll, including technical analysis, configuration, and testing.


• Advanced English skills to communicate effectively with global teams.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset for problem-solving.

It will be a plus if you have:

• ABAP knowledge.
