[BM] Business Systems Analyst – Supply Chain & Agribusiness

What you will do:

• Conduct surveys, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear and concise specifications.


• Model "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, using appropriate tools and techniques.


• Assist the PO in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.


• Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable technical requirements for the Data Engineering team.


• Ensure that business processes are aligned with data strategies and sustainability goals.


• Help the development team organize the data landscape to structure their work in building data products.


• Support the team in monitoring the progress of the project roadmap.


• Support the team in recording and documenting project definitions.


• Proactively develop solutions, offering recommendations for direction and improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Fluent in English.


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate communication between business stakeholders and developers.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.


• Knowledge of supply chain processes and agribusiness. 


• Experience in Sustainability projects.


• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Miro, Jira, Azure, Confluence, etc.)


• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.
